Purchase/ Lease of MSI Catheter & Stent Testing Equipment

At Machine Solutions Inc. (MSI) we are confident that once you experience the ease of use the MSI technology provides your organization, the purchase decision and return on investment analysis will be simple. MSI technology is proven to reduce crimped stent profiles, shorten cycle times, improve yields, and overall provide the most reliable process and testing equipment the industry has to offer. We are committed to getting our technology into your organization. The following options summarize our commitment.

Evaluation Lease Option
MSI offers a low risk option to evaluate our equipment in your manufacturing environment. Our evaluation lease program will bring a made-to-specification MSI machine into your organization for a period up to 4 weeks.

The cost is US$1,000.00 per week for our manually operated equipment and $5,000.00 per week for our desk-top equipment with the following offer available to all customers:

• 100% of the lease cost will be applied toward purchase price if your organization makes a written purchase decision during the agreed lease period.
• 50% of the lease cost will be applied toward purchase if your organization purchases like equipment (same product family as the leased equipment) within 60 days of the evaluation lease period.

Purchase Lease Option
MSI also offers a number of purchase options. All of our equipment is custom made to customer specifications. Our standard cash purchase policy requires that a 50% deposit be paid prior to beginning your order, with the remaining 50% due net 30 days after delivery.

For those customers who prefer to spread payments over time, and perhaps treat the purchase of equipment as an operating expense rather than a capital expenditure, we offer two options for purchase lease arrangements. We will be happy to provide details for domestic US customers. Please feel free to contact us for an estimate of the monthly payment arrangements on a particular piece of equipment. These are purchase leases, coordinated through a financial partner, and you will own the equipment at the end of the lease payment plan. We currently do not offer the purchase lease option for International customers.
