• Credit applies to purchase orders placed by March 31, 2010.
• Credit applies to the purchase of MSI SC775S or SC775S FH machines.
• Only one Credit can be applied per machine ordered.
• Requires trade-in of a stent crimper:
• Stent crimper must be complete and mechanically functional.
• Stent crimper must be delivered to MSI prior to shipment of order for the credit to be applied.  Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
