The
SW1100 from Machine Solutions Inc. (MSI) is
our automated Marker Band Swaging equipment
for high volume manufacturing applications.
This equipment utilizes the principles of
the patented MSI segmental compression mechanism
and offers option for both standard and high
force swaging applications.
The
SW1100 is PC controlled, part 11 compliant
and features automatic positioning of the
marker bands, thus eliminating the need of
operator positioning or pre-reduction. The
SW1100 also integrates a sophisticated QC
vision inspection system into the equipment
thus further consolidating process steps into
one piece of equipment.
