The Machine Solutions FFS WS1275 LH has the same user friendly features as its smaller head counter part but is fitted with pleat and fold heads in 250mm lengths. The pleat heads are manufactured in 2 to 6 pleat configurations and designed per the customer’s balloon specifications including: inflated balloon diameter, double wall thickness, distal seal and marker band diameters.
These long heads have been designed to address the need for the ever growing PTA balloon sizes. When coupling this technology with our servo driven PC controlled machine bases it creates a very repeatable, accurate process that may decrease cycle times and rejected product, both of which may help to increase output.
