The FFS workstation equipment from MSI is our complete manufacturing solution for pleating and folding PTCA or stent delivery catheters. Our FFS workstation technology allows for multiple pleat heads configurations on the same station thus eliminating any down time during equipment changeovers. The equipment is software controlled working with a bar scan of the process sheet which instructs the software as to which head to use. The WS1100 has the following process features:
