The
MSI Thermal Balloon Press, TBP703, is a
high quality, low cost machine designed
to perform the post pleat and fold balloon
or post crimp bake/set function. The TBP703
operates three (3) individual bake chambers
allowing for precise temperature delivery
and an audible timer alarm to alert the
operator of process completion. The TBP712
offers the identical features with twelve
(12) individual bake chambers. This equipment
is available with a variety of automation
options and specifications built to match
specific balloon protector dimensions.
The
MSI TBP703 features:

balloon channel configurations capable
of 300°F.
• Standard balloon channels capable of .060” balloon protector O.D.
• K-type thermocouple feedback.
